Interested in working as a customer support role for our VPS/game servers?

The nature of this role requires you to answer any and every customer question in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have hours upon hours of experience in setting up game servers, as well as substantial experience with VPS. Having experience in managing and troubleshooting plugins, mods, networks, configuration errors and many more. Just as important you must have excellent communication skills and able to articulate well in written form. Problem solving is part of the job and being good at that is crucial.

• Work alongside and in conjunction with your team members to provide quality support.

• Respond to any and every customer question in an effective and informative way.

• Solve technical challenges in order to provide the best customer experience.

• Improve your current skills and learn new ones as you progress.

• Be able to identify trends in customer requests and provide feedback to the team.

• Must be age 18+.

• Experience in Linux (Ubuntu) environment.

• Superb communication skills (English) and have great attention to detail.

• You are genuinely friendly, empathetic and have a positive attitude.

• Be able to use Slack (and other software) for remote communication and work.

• Able to diffuse tense situations effectively.

• Be able to take responsibility for customers.

• Understanding when to ask for assistance, and not being afraid to do so.

• Willingness to learn new skills and broaden your area of expertise.

• Experience with VPS.

• Experience using Docker.

• Proficiency in another language other than English.

Interested in working as a video content creator & manager for Server.pro?

The nature of this role requires you to plan, research and create video content for our media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating content that's both informative and entertaining. You should have extensive experience in Minecraft and some experience in other games such as Palworld, Terraria, Rust, GTA, etc. Importantly, you should have a clear understanding of how to use servers. We are looking for someone to take our content to the next level and increase our metrics across the board.

• Identify trends within the industry and utilise knowledge to maximise viewership.

• Produce high quality content fitting to our brand image and games.

• Analyse metrics and improve viewership and engagement.

• Utilising SEO to ensure content is being shown to the correct viewers.

• Improve your current skills and learn new ones as you progress.

• Superb communication skills (English) and have great attention to detail.

• Have a good microphone and clear voice.

• Proficiency in our preferred editing software Premiere Pro (or other editing software).

• Knowledge in YouTube, TikTok and other media platforms.

• Experience in running game servers.

• Ability to use Slack (and other software) for remote communication and work.

• Experience in Linux (Ubuntu) environment.
