To cancel your server subscription, go to your server control panel and select ‘Change Plan’ from the menu. From there click ‘Cancel’ and confirm it to cancel your subscription. This will cancel your automatic renewal and your server will expire after your current month. You can also contact us and we can cancel your subscription for you.

To delete a server, go to Servers list, found at the top left and find your inactive server you want to delete. Then press the delete button and confirm you want to delete it. You are not able to delete active servers. Once a server is deleted, it can not be recovered.
If you are running vanilla minecraft you can enable whitelist to only let people you know in. If you are running a modded server you can install a permission plugin such as AuthMe. Please note that turning off online mode will enable hackers to connect as anyone they want.
This could be caused by multiple things. Most commonly there is a configuration error or a plugin that's behaving badly. It's also possible that you use more plugins or mods than your server memory can handle. Checking the server logs will often tell you whats wrong. You can also try to remove one plugin at a time until you find the one that is causing the crashes. If you cannot find out whats causing your server to crash don't hesitate to contact us.

For shared IP servers you will get 3 ports allocated to your server that you can use. If you have a dedicated IP all ports are open however outgoing port 25 is blocked to prevent email spam. If you need to send emails consider using a specialized mailing service. Please also note that for the game firewall you may need to create rules for incoming UDP connections. This is automatically done when you create a service but you can also create and modify custom rules at the firewall tab.
When you check your memory in the shell (e.g. with ‘htop‘ or ‘free -m‘) you will see a slightly higher total memory. This is because we allocate an extra 0.5 GB of memory to your server for the operating system. This gives you the full advertised memory to use for your applications.
To download any file from your server, go to your control panel and into the file manager (Files tab on the left). Select any file/folder so that it is highlighted and then press the Download button near the top right of the file manager. The file will now download to your PC. Sometimes it may download as a .tar file which can be opened with programs such as WinRAR or 7zip.
